Your Role

As a Move Counselor, you’ll be the key contact for relocating employees, ensuring a smooth transition to their new home and workplace. Working closely with our Client Services team, you’ll manage every detail with efficiency and care.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate relocation services for individuals and families
• Oversee destination services globally, directly and through partners
• Manage household goods shipments
• Ensure accurate and timely service billing
• Address challenges, escalations, and client concerns proactively
• Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships
• Leverage technology to maintain data accuracy
• Guide clients and their employees in using the Movenet platform for service updates and document management
• Provide timely updates and reports based on client agreements
• Collaborate across teams, suppliers, and partners to ensure service excellence
• Deliver high-quality work independently and within deadlines

What You Bring

• Fluent in English
• 2–3 years of customer service experience
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
