Move Invest is seeking an experienced Accountant to strengthen our team at the group level. You will work closely with our operations through subsidiaries; Movenet, Human Entrance, and Homerental. Human Entrance is a leading provider of immigration services for Sweden with ambitions for the Nordic market, specializing in facilitating the process for companies to recruit employees to Sweden and the Nordic countries. Through our expert team and in-depth knowledge of Nordic immigration laws, we ensure a smooth and efficient process for both companies and their employees.

Homerental offers an online marketplace for landlords and tenants aimed at providing quality housing solutions for short and long-term rentals targeted towards companies and organizations as well as their employees seeking accommodation to rent in Sweden.

Move Invest focuses on investing in and supporting the businesses that today consist of Movenet Human Entrance and Homerental. Move Invest offers a common platform regarding services in accounting, financial management, IT support, and Management support to the businesses Move Invest is involved in.

Responsibilities:  

• Accounting and Financial Reporting:

You will prepare and analyze financial reports including monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. You ensure that all financial transactions are accurately accounted for in accordance with applicable accounting principles and laws.  

• Budget and Forecast:

Participation in the budget process and development of financial forecasts to support management's decision-making and strategic planning.  

• Tax and VAT:

Handling of VAT declarations and other tax-related tasks to ensure compliance with local and international tax laws.  

• Payroll Administration:

Responsible for payroll calculation including overtime, bonuses, sick leave, and other payroll-related compensations. You ensure that all payroll processes comply with local laws and collective agreements.  

• Audit:

Collaboration with external auditors to provide necessary information and documentation for audits.  

• Financial Systems and Process Improvements:

Use and further development of financial systems to streamline financial processes and reporting. You will be involved in projects to improve and automate accounting and payroll management processes.  

• Preparation and Presentation of Reports:

Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for the management team and board to facilitate data-driven decision-making.  

• Professional Development:

Stay continuously updated with new accounting standards and legal requirements and participate in relevant courses and seminars for professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or equivalent.
• Experience in accounting or similar roles.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
